Cant login because of new password

I apologize did not know where to write.
I changed my password and can login to my account on the site, but I can't login into the game now: 
"Connection denied: <Password incorrect. Please try again or create a new player with different name than Denafig.>"

You can try to change your password again: https://shop.wurmonline.com/WurmWeb/index.jsp?c=changepassword

 

or you can try to request a password reset if the password change from above isn't working: https://shop.wurmonline.com/WurmWeb/index.jsp?c=resetpassword

 

 

If nothing helps then PM https://forum.wurmonline.com/index.php?/profile/727-enki/ explaining your problem. He gets paid a lot for assisting players in such situations.

@DeNafigIf you have no luck resetting your password with the suggestions Sklo has suggested, you can contact a GM by doing a /support on another account or please email gamemods@wurmonline.com to ensure that your issue is handled by the soonest available GM, rather than waiting on an individual GM to answer a forum PM.

Will move the thread to technical issues as well.
