Change how locate artifact locates pmk crowns

make it your kingdom only, who can find the crown, if it is your crown. Why do i need to know where the crown is?

Just a friendly reminder, locate artifact still locates logged off pmk crowns for no reason making locating actual artifacts almost impossible because it has a 50% chance to locate over any artifact so half the time you get a useless message on a 30 min cooldown about a crown that's logged off in someones inventory and has been for weeks now.

and a second one 30 mins later since my 50/50 luck sucks today.

The shadow message is actually an error handler catch for not being able to find the player who owns the object your locating funny enough if memory of checking the code out serves me right.
