It's possible you might figure out what's wrong from the log file below, but if you can't, post the full log on the wurm online forums, and someone else might be able to help you.

Was reinstall Java (using 64) and tried to reinstall wurm, but cant couse unable to launch

This is running the steam version of the game Wurm Unlimited correct? 

If it is Wurm Online  not Wurm Unlimited, see also these threads for possible solutions:

 

"Type javaws -viewer into the windows search prompt. This should open up the Java cache, Delete all versions of Wurm you have here. You can now re-install by clicking on the website link."
