*Gambling is considered to be any type of activity where the winning of a prize is determined by chance and requires payment of any form to participate.

Getting tomes from uniques = chance

Paying premium = payment to participate

I think the rule will need to be more detailed than "no gambling." I mean, I can think of plenty of things in Wurm that require payment before the off-chance of actually receiving something.

Gambling

Definition:

*Gambling is prohibited in Wurm Online due to Swedish law.

*Gambling is considered to be any type of activity where the winning of a prize is determined by chance and requires payment of any form to participate.

*Contests of chance requiring NO form of payment to participate are allowed.

Punishment: You may be given a directive, warned, or even banned based on the situation.

This rule is focused on player to player gambling, it opens up a lot of potential issues with claims of scams and theft, which we'd naturally rather avoid.
