Posted August 22, 2017 Recently began breeding, curious as to whether or not there're any ill effects if you continue to use a horse to pull carts/wagons while it is pregnant. Posted August 22, 2017 off deed animals have a higher risk of miscarriage but other than that pulling wagons and carts wont increase the risk. Stay on deed and the horse should be fine 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Posted August 23, 2017 Be aware a miscarriage can lead to the death of the mother horse, I recently lost a horse by using it as a (off-deed) cart horse this way.
