Show "Could use some grooming" at a distance with high AH

It seems to me like it is almost an oversight that farming and forestry show info on the tile/tree at a distance as you go up in skill, but grooming does not. I would think that a skilled animal handler would know by looking at a horse or a cow whether or not it needed brushing. Any way to add that in?

This one makes good sense.. we can typically see when something needs groomed in RL.. bears, dogs, etc just within a few meters.   Let's make it happen in wurm as bonus for leveling that AH skill.
