GM's add equipment to animals without taming

A simple mod to allow a GM to add saddles and bridles to animals without having to tame them first.

any way to add or take an item from an NPC as a GM would be great if anyone can assist. I need to find a way to add/take without taming an "animal"

This concept would also be useful to "dress" your NPCs which you can mostly do now from "giving" them the item. But if you make a mistake there is no way to remove said item, or if you want to change their attire later.

Yeah I would like the ability to add and remove items from NPCs easily. I am trying to look for some way to make a mannequin
