Posted July 6, 2017 (edited) I bought a spindle with 40coc and 82woa, and after creating thousands of strings of cloth, my spindle now has 39coc and 79woa. Coc went down 1 and woa went down 3. Aren't the higher enchants supposed to last longer by chance? Or does the chance for enchant decay only occur when a skill tick is gained? Ex: Creating 1000s of strings of cloth would be 1000s of possible decay chances for woa, but less than 100 skill ticks so less than 100 decay chances for Coc. Would like to know for future skill grinds and whether or not BoTD is better than Woa+Coc in terms of enchant decay. Edited July 6, 2017 by Yiraia
Posted July 6, 2017 Rolls every 5 seconds to check if it'll lose enchant power, it's 1 out of enchantpower*30 or something, you got unlucky and got more ticks on woa, if you're doing thousands of actions or doing long actions like fishing your enchants are gonna decay. botd is the same as c+w of same power, drops enchants the same. skill ticks have no effect on it, nor does repairing or improving.
