Posted June 21, 2017 I have had a headless server running on Ubuntu Server (Hosted at Digital Ocean) running for months without any issues. Last night Users could no longer login. I rebooted my server and the WurmLauncher gives me the following error. I have reinstalled the Dedicated Server, Reinstalled the Java JRE. Other java apps work fine. I downloaded the Map locally and it runs fine on my Linux Desktop. Posted June 22, 2017 Had the same problem today with client launcher. What is the output of "uname -r". 4.4.0.81=screwed, rebooting with 4.4.0.79 did the trick for me.
Posted June 22, 2017 Not a Wurm problem, but kernel in general it seems. Eclipse users are affected too https://askubuntu.com/questions/927746/eclipse-crashes-with-linux-kernel-4-4-0-81-generic/927824 Removing 4.4.0.81 or modifying bootloader seem to be the only options for now.
