+1 to entertain chaos prisoners.. or whipping a bear to enrage it

could we 'tickle' animals with it to change their status?

Unless the whips can only be used on players in pvp not animals.

there is already a whip in the game, you just cant access it as a normal player, called the whip of one and last i checked as soon as you left combat it instakilled the mob you were fighting

I'm not sure if it's allowed to take prisoners on pve:unsure:

What kind of wounds would it cause?

bruises? but that would imply its good against plate. Internal?

It'd be cuts, right? I'd assume as much with all the photos of the scars of whipped slaves' backs.

Maybe another way to speed up your mount or large cart.

...you will... if it's intrusive and you just NEED one(high ql, casted, runed..) to command your cart/wagon to whip the poor animals.. to move faster<_<

-1 it can only be used for cruelty and bad publicity.  And knowing the PvP community from the forums, nothing positive can come from it.

If all you know of the PvP community comes from the forums, then you don't infact know the PvP community.

Around her neck she wore a leather collar

she wore it in the spring time in the merry month of may

and if you asked her why the hell she wore

she wore it for that soldier who was into whips and chains

OMG was that Dolph Lundgren as He-man?  I watched that movie when I was 5 years old.  Dude was my hero back in the day.  lol

Much as I like Indiana Jones, -1... just too much potential for some pretty bad juju.

Mind you, IRL people can use reins to whip a horse.  I've used them to whip my own leg when... negotiating... with an aggressive horse.  (Brawny - half paint horse, half belgian, pretty much boss of the other 69 horses on that ranch).  The sound was enough to get his attention, and the sting enough to remind me to stop doing that.
