Posted May 30, 2017 I understand these things happen, most times more often then any of us wants. But I just have a few questions, if this is out of their control in this instance, then is this supposedly something client side, or is it an issue that they are paying for? How long will this probably take to resolve? And for those of us that cannot connect due to no fault of our own, will we be compensated for the time seeing as alot of us pay to play this game? Posted May 30, 2017 I did miss reading an official statement about the problem.. anything like the problem being intended or not, how long it could take for things to be working again. Besides that.. usually people get sleep powder or sleep bonus refilled when something serious happens, unsure about paid playtime reimbursements. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Posted May 30, 2017 I'm guessing that if they knew how long it was going to take, that information would be in the big announcment up the top of the forums. Based on past experience, there will be no reimbursements for paid play time (unless this seriously runs on), full sleep bonus is far more likely. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
