Taming Buff

1. Remove Combat rating debuff for tamed animals.
2. Debuff tamed animal's ability to fight real players.
3. Keep the debuff for tamed animals being lead
4. Create a new command, Follow, for creatures that have been tamed to submissive or above.

Was pretty annoyed after charming a champion croc and hearing there was a debuff for pvp players (Thats what i heard, not sure if it was true). That champion croc died to a younger, non-champ croc very soon after.

Taming needs some kind of rework, its almost entirely useless save for breeding unicorns and hellhorses on PvE.

Going to bump this, as pets are still useless for anything save cannon fodder and RP on PvE
