Add scaffolding for terraforming mine ceilings

+1. just add this to the todo list. shouldnt be too hard to code even now...make a furniture you can 'embark' on like a cart and can push pull load into cart/wagon? all those feature exist already. only 'challenging' part would be making sure you can mine from it ( no need to be on ground msg) and what height to climb to. ( making 2 version, a small and a tall one?) 

and a safety to avoid being with your head into the ceiling and suffocating....
