Posted April 3, 2017 (edited) Lurker is not a hard cast so I would charge what the pendulum costs according to quality plus the cast. I would say 1.5s for a 80ql, 80 cast pendulum would be fair. Or you can provide the pendulum and have it casted. In that case your desired spell level should be the price, like any other enchant.
