Yes, the capital pays half upkeep costs. So that means ~68s/month; and added templars to ~80s/month(yes I think there are something like 20 templars or so though) which falls in line with my memory of what Duce told me once regarding Kyara's size/upkeep. Posted August 18, 2020 Harvestmoon Lagoon on release is pretty big, but is itself the capital deed of a clustered alliance (not so much neighbouring as genuinely clustered together) .
