How  much does it cost each month?

According to deed calculator:

Total deed size: 241X241
Including perimeter: 251X251

Total creation cost: 6g 20s 81c
Total unkeep cost: 1g 36s 16c 20i

+ templars

But I think capitols pay half of the upkeep price?

I thought someone said capitols were free - but then I guess all of them would be that large

What about the largest Freedom deed, though?

Yep, gonna be a pretty short topic with the "There can be only one!" post concept. All it needed was just an *s (Deed*s) to extend the conversation into many more interesting possibilities.

I've always wondered myself what the biggest deeds on freedom are. There's never been a certain answer.

I bought a deed that was over 17s/month, which I resized drastically, kawopii had a deed on exodus that was said to be 151x151, he has since moved, not sure what the size of his new deed is though, it is fairly large though.

Frontier was 201 x 201 if memory serves, biggest I have ever heard of on Freedom.

Edit: I was a little off ...

Yes, the capital pays half upkeep costs. So that means ~68s/month; and added templars to ~80s/month(yes I think there are something like 20 templars or so though) which falls in line with my memory of what Duce told me once regarding Kyara's size/upkeep.

Amish Estate at Summerholt is hugh, 30s upkeep a month. Think last time I checked the token it was 120x121 or around that.

The size of Blackstone is 190 by 100.

Upkeep is about 40 silver a month.

Current deed on release.

Harvestmoon Lagoon on release is pretty big, but is itself the capital deed of a clustered alliance (not so much neighbouring as genuinely clustered together) .   I don't know that the collective size would be of Harvestmoon Lagoon, Harvestmoon Outpost, Valaheim and Tiki Sandbar.
