[No Bug] Please look into Alliance permissions

Recommended Posts

It seems to be up to a coin toss as to whether the alliance permission will work for any given character. I can't tell exactly what is wrong, but it seems like the newer a character is to the alliance, the less likely any particular +alliance gate or door will work for them. Removing and readding the alliance permission usually does nothing.

Edit: to clarify I mean the permission for any Alliance player to pass a door or gate, not the alliance member role on deed.

"Allow permissions on allied deeds" or whatever, in purple, at the bottom.

I think that's about the alliance role on a deed, I am referring to a simple pass gate/door problem, most often encountered off-deed.

I notice it mostly on minedoors and gates.

Definitely doesn't work right for HoTS Affliction, idk about anywhere else.

Yep mine doors is the most common problem by far.

it means if villager at village A does not have it;

village B has a mine door set to alliance, villager from village A cannot pass it without that option checked

on/off deed doesn't matter

So allied villages might be denying themselves access? I'll check their permissions thanks.
