New wall type - stone with iron bars matching current portcullis

There are quite a lot amazing structures built already using portcullises placed above each other which gives a great look to castles, churches etc.

Only issue is that the portcullis wheels are looking really weird on the higher levels - I would suggest to add a new stone and plain stone wall type with the same design as the current portcullis walls but with fixed bars and the wheels on the sides (and of course without the door functionality).

also imo, should be a wall type instead of doors, couse if you are a mayor, you cannot prevent them from opening, every time you are near
