Tower guards no more enter mine when asked to help

Since today's patch tower guards no more enter a mine through a mine door when called to help with a mob in the mine.

Targeting the monster, and yelling "help" in the mine: "No guards seem to respond to your call"

Stepping out the mine door (same monster in the mine still targeted): "Guards run to the rescue" - then they go up the mountain above the mine (to the same tile but outside where the monster is in the mine), then running up and down looking for the enemy.

Mine door is 9th tile from tower, monster was on the 11th tile.

 

Update: A single guard found the way into the mine on the third call, all the others are still running confused outside.

Update2: Next attempt with another monster: 2 of 2 guards entered the mine. Still it was only possible to call them stepping out from the mine.
