Posted February 9, 2017 When you send an inscribed papyrus or paper to someone, mailing fee is set to 1 iron. If, for any reason, the receiver doesn't accept it and the letter is returned to you, you have to pay 1 copper to get it back.
Posted February 9, 2017 Need more testing details or experience of others (I don't use mail much) On test - a blank paper or blank papyrus cost me 1c to send. An inscribed papyrus cost me 1i. Was yours blank or inscribed?
Posted February 9, 2017 Was inscribed, a letter I sent to a friend who didn't log in, then the letter was returned to me; asking 1c to be retrieved from mail (still there, I didn't accept it).

If you look in the mail, does it say it's sheet paper, blank? I wonder if the inscription wore off somewhere?
