I got to play some of the alpha last night and I noticed we now have rasberries, this fruit grows on trellis vines, so maybe what could be done here would be relatively simple, it shouldn't take too much to code in.

I think a re-work of all farm/forage items.  instead of making them forage only, make them have a difficulty to maintain.  Require replanting, and what not.    This will allow people to grow and or forage things as they want, or have effort to do so.

Yes actually, raspberries grow on the vine so it makes sense.

 

Blueberries however iirc grow in the ground.
