Maybe keybind for closing mouseover window? Then you can bind any button to close window cursor is on.

Wurm currently treats the mousewheel as just another button: "bind mouse2 <w/e>", hence you can bind it to w/e is currently supported.

 

Now I can really go for being able to keybind to the mouse wheel as an actual wheel.
