I mailed a rake and a shovel  tonight as a test.

 

Check to see if the mailbox has any runes or if there is anything odd with the rake or the shovel.

[09:20:50] A wooden mailbox looking like a wooden house. It is made from cedarwood. You must use a mallet on the spirit house in order to improve it. Ql: 57.462326, Dam: 0.0.

As SmeJack suggested, try another mailbox to see if it works.

oh yes its just this invidual mailbox all other mailboxes act normal... seems is buged

You can open up a support in game to have a GM look at that particular mailbox if you want, or you can destroy it and create a new one.  I'm not aware of changes to mailboxes, but there may have been at some point.

There seems to be a few of the smaller sized mailboxes scattering the lands.  I'll add this to the bug list while the investigation continues.

This issue was resolved with the last server restart via a dev fix.  The smaller sized mailboxes should now all be the same as the newly created ones and should have no problem with shovels and rakes.
