Posted December 30, 2016 With recipes that require both solids and liquids, you can eat a bit of the solids to also reduce the amount of liquids needed. Eating consumes 0.03 kg of food at a time, so you just need to start eating a solid food item and cancel when/before its weight gets below that weight to reduce it.
