give us decent model for huge axe

All weapons have nice models except huge axe, which looks like junk. Please give us some decent model for it.

its been said since it came out.. but ill say it again

 Hell yes!! we want a good looking axe! its the most ugly weapon atm.. even a simple hatchet looks better.

I use nothing but huge axes on my characters (except an occasional alt), I am fine with the current model. I like it very well. 

 

I really don't want something so huge and gigantic and obnoxiously "epic" that I cannot see a thing while i am carrying it.

I like the design of it except for the oversized head. Realistic models > fantasy models any day.

With that in mind, the mauls' barber-pole theme and bright orange wood hurt my eyes. That's an awful lot of decoration for a glorified club.

The large axe (Axe) is the 2 headed axe model, but the huge axe is more of a bardiche looking poleaxe

Get a guy to animate 2handed weaponry instead of new models. thanks.

Personally I missed the old textures. These new ones are designed oddly specifically and don't even vary with kingdoms (unless I just haven't ever seen a different one). I am never a fan of anything fancy that can't change in looks.

A lot of weapon models also don't fit in the hands properly, because they're offset too far in the wrong direction.

 

Would also be nice if my priest character didn't smack things overhand with her spear!

Why not both?

 

Keep the simple, realistic models for plain iron weaponry (yes, reverting the maul)

Put the fancy models on either the more fancy metals - or a different type (but functionally the same) weapons requiring higher weaponsmithing

 

I'm just a really big fan of more skill-gated content for weapon and armour smithing
