Trellis QL does not matter when harvesting

Supposedly trellis QL matters for QL and quantity of harvested materials. However, even a sub-20QL trellis is giving me the maximum amount of goods (4), and it seems to use the sickle, so I don't know that it's affect QL either, although that's hard to test given how the new harvesting QL formula works.
