Server not available error

I hadn't played in a while (Nov. 18) - went back yesterday and found none of my local servers would work. I get a message "the server is not currently available. Please try again later."

 

Here's more data from the error message:

 

The server denied your connection attempt for the following reason: <The server is currently not available. Please try later.>

I'm guessing my old databases don't play nice with the latest updates. Anyone know how to fix them, hopefully without losing everything?
