rock shard piles leaving 1 or 2 on ground

Was cleaning up after some mining today and noticed that when loading a pile of shards into large crates in a large cart that each pile would leave one or two shards behind on the mine floor.

Same with logs.

And same with dirt, consistently leaves 2 behind each time with the event message something about no parent. CA chat said it's a known bug...
