Ready to Milk time changed?

Has anyone noticed a clear change in the time female herd animals need to wait until they're ready to milk over the last couple days?

 

I'm not talking about when patch 1.3 was first implemented, but this seems to me to've started happening more recently, perhaps with a follow-up patch that might have inadvertantly (or at least a change not appearing in the patch notes) since then.

 

Normally I'd be able to milk cows every day.  Not for me today, and another player reported this in CA Help yesterday.  Bison and sheep have not been able to be milked in my experience even longer.  Were venerable females made to no longer provide milk at all?

 

I'm trying to see if others might have noticed this to be the case as well.

If you are on Xanadoodle, it could be related to everyone that is saying crops seem to be taking longer to grow.

I'm primarily farming on Independance, so anything that's unique to Xanadu wouldn't apply.

I've had no problem with  my sheep. I can milk them multiple times each day. The cows though, do seem less giving in the past few weeks.

I haven't been able to milk my cow on Xanadu in at least a day and a half and counting

I was finally able to milk my cows (all but one) today, after a wait of at least two days though.  They give the same amount of milk as always (1.00 kg each), but it does seem like the time between when they're able to be milked has increased.

I don't know about timers because I just spam hd for serious industrial milk action but I can confirm that ven still milk
