PMK tower guards should show PMK tabard

With all the new buzz around all these new pmk's some one pointed out the tower guards still rock template kingdom tabards, don't know how technical it would be to make something like that work but it would be a cool addition.  Defiantly not anything major, but never hurts to throw it into the suggestions for some future time when it may be able to happen.

Not looking for any additional graphics, just existing ones in game to be placed on existing models and make the pmk guards feel like they belong to the pmk instead of the base kingdoms.
