Constant Crashing when playing wurm

I keep crashing only when playing wurm : 

 

 

Most times my screen will go black and my video card / drivers will crash forcing me to restart. Sometimes it will save itself and that will pop up. 

 

Anyone have a similar issue or know what could be causing this ?

Rolled back my drivers and got this issue :

Gpu getting too hot possibly? Try monitoring temperatures or enabling the frame limiter if it isn't
