Butchered hellhound meat doesnt go to fsb.

known "bug" ultimately its because cooked meat no longer goes in a bsb.

 

In the upcoming update it will give raw meat again.

What happens to the cooked meat currently(pre-patch) stored in FSB-s? It is there for now, but if I take it out, can't put it back in?

When you take old cooked meat from a fsb, it changes into raw meat, which should be able to go back in
