So : metalic liquid, Cannot be used as far I know, when the description says it can be applied to reduce 1 shatter chance. Quote [14:38:13] A metallic liquid mixed with tiny black flakes. Smear this on a weapon to protect it once from shattering during enchants. Need to be put inside a container, can be easily lost due to it's liquid nature. Posted April 9, 2017 The item says to "smear it" onto a weapon, but there is no way to actually apply the item to a weapon. Activating the liquid on my character Jive and right clicking the weapon provides no "apply" or "smear" option. And activating the weapon and right clicking the liquid doesn't yield anything either.
