Demolish option for gate/mine door (mayor only)

As a title says.

 

Puff!!! - and gate / mine door is gone.

 

Only on deed and Mayor only.

 

We can puff houses, so why not the gates.

Can't you bash them as a mayor? Shouldn't take long with the mayor buff.. (confused)

When you want to destroy multiple of them it becomes extremally annoying and time consuming.

 

Still do not understand why you can puff whole structure and cannot single fences.
