Posted November 8, 2016 (edited) I tryed to pay several times using Swedbanks internet bank, i used this since they started with internet payment about 20-25 years ago without problems, but xolla still dont seam to understand that people actually can have more then one account tied to internet, and so it dont work. So instead I payed using my master card (witch is tied to the same bank, Swedbank) and it worked in the past after using a special password that xolla reqired. But today then i tryed to renew one of my characters premium account with my card, it dident work either ! Xolla is asking for some information i don´t have access to and i asked them and got this ansver: April (Xsolla) Nov 8, 9:12 AM YEKT Hello! According to our information you are being redirected to the pop-up window with the page of your bank where you will have to confirm the payment. Please make sure the pop-up windows are allowed and there are no plugins that may block the page (Adblock, anti-virus). Please try to disable them and try again. All possible payment options you may see on our payment page. In your game account after you choose the item you would like to purchase, you will then need to select Xsolla and your country, then you will be able to view the different payment options available. Thank you ---------------------------------- So I cant pay in anyway using this Xolla it seams my options is only Paypal , i never tryed this but i will try it, if that does not work, there seams to be no more options left to pay anymore even if i want to ? Posted November 11, 2016 I update as i tryed with Paypal but that dont give me any option of paying either. All this is crazy as i payed all my bills and rents in diffrent countrys remote during the last 15 years and still do. I use my internet bank (Swedbank) or my master card tied to same bank, just give me an option to pay. So again Wurm development, PLEASE add more payment options so i can ,and i assume other people as well, can continue to pay deeds and prem accounts, even if we travels alot. I dont want to lose all my deeds and prem chars due to unability to deliver money from my internetbank or credit card to your company !! I mean don´t you want customers anymore ?!? Posted November 15, 2016 Yes, I am a Swedish citizen but living abroad in Asia. I look into that solution and see if that is working, thanks for the tip Miner, but i suppose i am still getting the updated security demands from xsolla, that made my master card useless payment option in the first place ? (i used my master card as method of pay during the last year) Paypal is very "country bound" and im not allowed to open a new account in a country im not a citizen in. I could use a Swedish account but then i can not verify payments it seams, i asked them and the replay is : "Thank you for contacting PayPal. I understand that you would like to add a phone number from Thailand. I can confirm that it is not possible to have a foreign phone number on your Swedish PayPal account. Therefore it will not be possible to fulfil this request." I also assume we are not allowed to select the verification method from phone to email ? If anyone know if this is possible somehow?
