Keyboard NOT Responding [In-Game Only]

Running with Steam on WIndows10. Wired Keyboard*

 

When I spawn in any server, my keyboard stops responding.
Tried multiple keyboards on all USB Ports.

Mouse functions properly.

 

-Drivers are up-to-date.

-Set to  "Run as Administrator"

-In Full Screen

-Steam Overlay Disabled.

 

-I have tried "unlocking" keys  (hitting cntrl, alt, and all keys)
-Full re-install

 

Game looks magnificent :>
