Models for empty BSBs/FSBs and full crates

Recommended Posts

Right now, you can't visually distinguish between an empty BSB/FSB and one that is simply less than 50% full. You also can't distinguish at a glance which crates are totally 100% full, although you can see if they're empty.

It would be very nice if we could tell at a glance if a bin is empty or a crate is full, just for the sake of organization. That's about it, really.

it is our duty to roam the server, collecting salvageable storage containers.  I hate waste.

indeed...

-1 to 0 at best.. learn to sort guys (why? I don't see the point to fatten the graphics.jar with this)

Anything 'free' you find laying around in a rotting building is probably gift wrapped, don't look at the gift-horse's teeths just slaughter it for more sammiches

Same reason we have graphics for empty crates or >50% full BSBs/FSBs. Convenience. It's a QoL thing.

+1 To being able to tell whats going on in the world through graphics.

HOWEVER! Know this very well Ostentatio, that with this kind of things, what the Devs give you with the right hand, they take away  with the left. (im still sore from types of wood not displaying, and trees not having collision)

As for bulk bins I just label them as "Empty" if they are. Even crates, I like to put 1 item in them for the top to show so I just label those as "Empty" as well. Fortunately we can label these items as desired to indicate their contents as well to see at a glance.

I heard the trees in the past used to have collisions turned on.  I think it was turned off about 3 years ago.

Must have been a more recent change, an year or two at the most, probably was removed while I wasnt around, with the bridges implementation.
