With completion of the new bulk sales market at Glasshold, the horse market has been expanded considerably!  We currently have 24 young males and females (5-speed), and many more to be rotated into/out of sale as they age.  All traditional colors are available for sale, and all new colors are had (and breeding now) to be sold in the very near future.

 

We also have 4-speed 'piebald' colored horses in excess, so expect to find them (now) for sale at a good discount.

Efforts are underway to increase the breeding pool substantially. A new upsurge of young foals are soon to be fitted and staged. As the birthrate increases the price is decreasing!

 

In the meantime there are over a dozen 'aged' 5-speed males from a previous generation that are equipped and ready for sale at 10c each. They consist of those few remaining from the last restocking along with some which were retained for mass breeding.

Very impressed with the thoughtfulness. I had a silly alt die on Xanadu, and it respawned at GH. I went to this shop to get it a horse, and right as I was heading to the chosen pen, it occurred to me that I had no rope! After grumbling to myself, foreseeing time to waste finding and sending rope, I noticed that all horses I was passing by had bridles! And my chosen horse had bridle too, yeeees ❤️

 

It may seem like a small thing but man, it saves time and annoyance for others.

A big thanks to all the recent customers in the past few weeks!  Your business is very much appreciated; and more importantly: the horses really appreciate the purpose you give them. 

 

As a convenience, should anyone need to remove the horse gear (in order to use a creature cage), there is now a complimentary bin of seeds at the key merchant to use for taming. The taming of animals is permitted on deed here, as well as the un/loading of creature cages.

 Reminder:  taming is not necessary to claim or ride your horse, and it is not recommended to lead a tamed animal through hostile areas (they will draw agro when tamed)

After some inactivity, mass animal manufacture will recommence.

 

Some remaining 5-speed males are offered for the traveler.  Each is equipped with a bridle, and a bin of seeds is provided at the merchant for removal (should you be loading the animal).

These horses have only just become 'venerable', and my logs indicate that this generation of horses were foals on October 21st (exactly 5 months ago).

Venerable age duration is 48-365 days.
