Posted October 26, 2016 We've had issues like this in the past where these type of lumps were even taken out of bsbs but haven't seen a new report in a long time. You say the lump disappeared, then later yoy found a sword shaped lump - where did you find it? In the forge, in your inventory? If you still happen to have those items on your or in your forge, can you please put in a support ticket and have a GM come take a look? Mention this post in your ticket.
