Posted October 23, 2016 I feel bad for the Devs; damned if you do, damned if you don't. A fairly annoying issue with unfinished rope fencing being unable to be see within arched walls was finally fixed and folks manage to find reason to complain about it. Sad. If you think I'm overstepping, by all means lock the thread. As a player perspective all I'm seeing is the fallout of some of these changes lately. You shouldn't argue with your player base if you want people to continue to pay and play your game. I already got trolled by someone with moderation power who edited my tags in this thread, that was honestly speaking, childish behavior. This game is a sandbox game with the keen aspect of building your own deed. Takes years for a change to happen, when we get one it's usually out of the blue because you guys feel like it? We get a change or nerf to something randomly most of the time it's related to pvp and they go nuts. In this case, it's because people can't build fences in buildings, the change was a good one, I wont say it wasn't. However what if I told you there was a work around for that that let everyone have what they wanted? Not good enough I guess? This change was reported by someone also who doesn't even play WO, it's great when I've been paying subscription for 4 years consecutively and no one genuinely cares when I have a issue. There is no entitlement, when maybe there should be some, I have to wait like everyone else. Fact is, yes, I am upset by this, but I also know the chance of getting an alternative is slim to none, especially now since I've complained (complainers usually never win, they get made fun of). I feel the same about other issues but I'm typically afraid to speak about them, because of the ramifications if I do. Why can't you just accept that all feedback is important? Other than that Shrimpiee, I think you know how I feel about the staff already, I have nothing against them, but maybe just maybe, they can decide how to make everyone get what they want next time. Generally they do a excellent job and I'm excited to see the cooking update. You know me pretty well and it SAD you changed your opinion overnight about me. I'll just deal with it, just like I'm dealing with fountain pans, dealing with shield training nerf, etc Edited October 23, 2016 by Niki

I never said that, also I'm not the only one here that think losing a deed design idea is absolutely fantastic. A lot of people are not as front as me obviously; it seems like people are not fighting for what they want anymore be it in a game or real life. They generally allow change no matter what it is, good or bad. Occasionally some will respond in a thread that was already made, an example is the fountain container thread. Then there are people like me, who give feedback on said changes. I am starting to think constructive negative feedback isn't appreciated though, so this will be my last thread I ever make about something that changed that I am not fond of. So yeah this thread in a nutshell was me submitting slightly negative feedback with a change that I didn't like. Feedback is important even if it's negative, I personally think it was worth discussing. This was a common deed design theme for docks in particular, to those affected it seems were out of luck. Thanks for the response Huntar, Devs and everyone else for your time.
