Posted November 7, 2016 How about papyrus not taking any damage when in a container, of any kind. If people fear clutter, then the papyrus would take regular damage once the container crumbles to dust. This way one could carry written stuff, without needing to drag a bookshelf. (I move around in a wagon a lot).n Or have Bookshelves that work as Crates, that can be loaded, unloaded and used regardless of being on a cart or ground. Posted November 28, 2016 Bump! Please, leave them be, they don't have to decay.
Posted November 28, 2016 +1 to using bookshelves. Make those either greatly reduce, or completely remove, decay on any papyrus/recipes stored within them. Perhaps limit it to deeds with 30+ days of upkeep if necessary.
Posted November 28, 2016 (edited) I think you should have to enchant them for no decay, because IRL papyrus (which was used by the ancient egyptians as the first paper) was incredibly deteriorative. Edited November 28, 2016 by Roushi
