wurm freezes on two different PC's

hello,

 

every 10 to 30 minutes both my computers experience lag like we do when the server makes a backup. sometimes it lasts up to ten minutes and then it resumes to work like normal. this all started a few days ago.

while this is going on the rest of the internet works fine.
