add in a lock picking keybind

theres been a lot of keybinds added in kinda recently for spells and catapults but for some reason no lock picking keybind. don't see any reason why there isn't one yet so yea put it in that would be cool.

They have keybinds for spells, which are used in pvp, so I can't see the harm in keybinds for bashing and lockpicking. There's still a timer. I just hate scrolling through the menu to click. #nomoremenus

should be a "consume" keybind that does both
