Posted July 26, 2016 Happens when the ceiling cannot be further raised as it would pop out of the rock surface. Definitely should allow to flatten and level the ground, maybe it is a bug as it checks the ceiling instead of the floor? To recreate for testing,mine up a tile close to the surface until it is stopped as "dangerously hollow" then try to flatten the floor of the same tile.
