Posted July 5, 2016 I have a flat tile, I have reinforced it, yet I cannot plan a building on it via a hammer or a mallet. I have the perms to do so. It is on deed so it should be able to be against the wall. My deed-mate was also not able to. Has anyone else had issues planning underground buildings?
