Stone and Iron Parapet won't complete

Im trying to build stone and iron parapets and have attached all the stone bricks and Im trying to attach the last iron bar bits but it gets stuck on finishing and wont complete. its not lag as im able to cancel it move around and restart it just for it not to complete again.

 

Any ideas ?

When you add the last piece of a fence just walk a bit off when the action doesnt finish. Its just becouse you are to near to the fence.

Oh wow derp. Swore a gave it enough distance and i didnt see the message in event but that did the trick
