During the dc I had 50% packet loss to a hetzner hop, and have had packet loss to hetzner hops for the last few weeks so the client is probably fine? Posted May 24, 2016 (edited) Same problem here. Was getting 45+(capped frames here) but now im at 10. This worked fine on test and I was not recieving the lag like this. Time of day in game is morning currently. Settings are maxed(except tile detail at sparse). Disabling shadows seems to of not helped. I thought it might be the falling snow that caused it, but tried the stable client to make sure - and the fps went from 6 up to around 30, what used to be my fps on deed. Posted May 26, 2016 I got up to around 15 fps (max) today, but noticed something: while quietly farming, so moving only very little really, I noticed that every change of tile in my surroundings (getting raked, harvested, going to next stage, but also cultivating a packed tile, then putting flowers on it, then cutting flowers, then enchanting the tile, so not just limited to farming) - just anything causing a difference in tile-appearance, instantly dropped fps to 3-4. Posted May 26, 2016 There was a Crimson update for me yesterday. If you haven't checked, you might want to. It moved my FPS from 4 to my capped 45. Posted May 26, 2016 I'm using the latest crimson driver already, and I still have low fps. To make it even worse, I got that problem with the snow mentioned here too... Posted May 28, 2016 Updated to the latest AMD drivers, no change, still 4 fps. Funny is how it is 4 fps both on the highest of the highest settings as the lowest of the lowest. Posted June 10, 2016 Hey, any news here? It got worse for me. When I start Wurm with the unstable client I get 1 or even 0 fps. Can't do anything, it completely freezes and then... it disconnects me for being idle too long. Note that this is still with VBO support disabled, what helped when I first changed it. I gets better when I set it back to core, then it's wildly jumping between 1 and 20 fps. While standing still in a mine. With VBO set to "Disabled," I fluctuate between 25 and 60 fps (usually while moving and standing still is stable rates) but I have no rare glow nor dye colors on carts, dyes on lamps carry only a couple of tiles, the ground looks lit in the dark and the sky is very bright, the moons have strange lighting making them look like balls rather than moons. Statue dyes are very bright and crisp as is dyes on houses and walls. Boats still glow and their dye is very crisp also. Turrets look great. Fountain water kind of glows but not in a way that emits light. The red Rift beam is white with pink sparkles falling down. Rare bell lost its glow.
