Allow kingdom tabards on Freedom in the same way that flags, wagons and banners are.

Make every tabard default to your affiliated kingdom on Chaos to avoid shenanigans there, and it should preempt any potential issues. It will also open a new avenue for income, and add some much needed character customization.

+1 I have always thought that tabards should not change when crossing over. Or at least change the texture of the freedom tabards (flags, wagons, banners, etc.)

It be nice on freedom servers. On my private server I've done added all 13 faction wagons plus the flags/banners and they all enjoy it so my next thing when i get time is to add the tabards as well. I think it be nice for WO freedom to be able to as well.
