I agree with alteration of wall pieces or easier demo ability for people who are remodeling

A high skilled mason should for sure be able to do this but without a crowbar. Now that I think about it, something like that would be a little hard to do.

not really, if in the"change" it reverted the wall to an incomplete state and then required a few bricks to remake the hole or fill it in, and some wood for the frame maybe?
