The upkeep will last approximately 164 days, 8 hours and 12 minutes more. This settlement has acquired knowledge that increases the productivity bonus of its citizens by 2.25%. This is pretty great for just the experience alone being a very old deed. It comes with a vynora domain so that's a 12.25% bonus! You can stack that with Sleep bonus!
