[Fixed] Trebuchet plays animation/sound when it shouldn't

After firing a trebuchet, there's a 15-second window where you cannot fire it again. Trying to do so (using the "fire" keybind) will yield the message "[20:49:23] The trebuchet still hasn't stabilized itself enough to fire again." Despite this, the animation and sound still play.

Verified and added.  I saw animation and heard the sounds while getting this message:  [09:07:05] You cannot fire now. You need more counter weight.

This happens with catapults as well. If you keybind "fire", you can "fire" the catapult even when it's not loaded or winched. The animation and sound play, but nothing happens.

 

Moreover, if you queue "fire" after winching, sometimes the animation doesn't play at all given the lack of delay between winching and firing.

If a player queue winching and firing then the firing sound and animation isnt always occuring.

 

example:

Winch 10 + queue firing = no animation & sound.

winch 10 + wait + fire = animation & sound

winch 1 + winch 10 + fire = animation & sound

 

edit:

managed to get it into a firing loop without winching animation/sound...

Seems like multiple animations/sound dont mix well.
